Saildrone Mission Time Series Record

A single time-stamped sample emitted by /v1/timeseries/{mission}. Fields vary by dataset; gps_time, latitude, and longitude are always present. Variable names follow CF/ACDD conventions used in Saildrone's NetCDF and PMEL ERDDAP outputs.
